These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of You Can't Park Here, Mate ("the App", "we", "us"), including our mobile application and website. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
By using the Services you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You Can't Park Here, Mate provides parking restriction verdict tools. You can photograph parking spots and receive an assessment of whether parking appears to be permitted based on visible signs, road markings, and location context.
IMPORTANT: Verdicts provided by this app are for guidance and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and must not be relied upon as a definitive determination of parking legality. Parking rules vary by location, time, date, and circumstance. Always check physical posted signs and road markings. We accept no liability for parking fines, penalties, towing, or any other consequences arising from use of or reliance on our verdicts.

Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits (currently 5 checks per day). Premium accounts receive unlimited checks. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by Apple and Google respectively. We do not process payments directly.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using the Services you consent to those practices.
By You: Delete your account at any time via the app Settings. This is permanent and irreversible.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or suspected misuse.
All content, branding, and software are owned by You Can't Park Here, Mate or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You Can't Park Here, Mate shall not be liable for any parking fines, penalties, towing charges, or other consequences arising from reliance on app verdicts. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
